БЛОК ФИЛЬТРА Caterpillar 4I6078

The Pilot Lines Oil Filter cleans the oil circulating through pilot lines so that control signals within the system remain stable and responsive. As oil flows through narrow pilot passages, even small contaminants can affect pressure signals and lead to irregular control behavior, so the filter captures particles before they reach sensitive control components. The filter ensures that pressure signals are transmitted accurately, allowing valves and actuators to respond to operator input.Attributes:• Maintains proper oil flow characteristics within pilot lines.• Supports accurate transmission of control signals through clean oil flow.• Allows efficient operation of pilot-controlled functions.• Filtration ratio is rated at βx = 75 with a maximum particle size of 17 micrometer.• Filtering area is specified as 2190 square centimeters for effective fluid flow.• Relief valve cracking pressure is set at 147 ± 14.7 kilopascal for controlled pressure release.Applications: The Pilot Lines Oil Filter is used within pilot line circuits where oil carries control pressure signals to valves and actuators. In this location, it ensures clean oil flow so that control operations remain smooth and accurate.
