Диод обратной полярности, 1200 В Caterpillar 123-3461

A Reverse Diode for a generator revolving rectifier to protect the reverse current flow in a rotating electrical rectifier. When the direction of the electrical current is reversed, the diode acts as a bypass route, allowing the reverse current to flow through it instead of passing through the rectifier diode. This prevents the rectifier diode from being subjected to the reverse voltage, which could cause damage or malfunction. The reverse diode ensures the reliability and longevity of the rectifier system by redirecting the reverse current away from the rectifier diode, thereby maintaining the proper functioning of the electrical system. It acts as a safeguard, preserving the integrity and performance of the rotating electrical rectifier by preventing potential damage due to reverse current flow.Attributes:• Permits current flow in one direction• Maximum forward voltage drop is 1.65 volts at 200 Amps.• Ensures the reliable operation of the electrical system by preventing reverse current flowApplications:A Reverse Diode for a generator revolving rectifier is used to convert alternating current into direct current. This is for generating a stable and consistent electrical output from the generator.
