A Radiator Cap is used to seal the top of the radiator filler neck. It has a spring-loaded valve that allows coolant to flow out of the radiator when the engine is hot but prevents coolant from boiling over and escaping when the engine is cool. The airflow vacuum valve opens efficiently at a maximum pressure of 5.5 kPa (0.8 PSI) at 0.06 LPM (60 cm3/min) airflow
Attributes:
•Offers a wide relief pressure range, from 82.7 kPa (12 PSI) to 110.3 kPa (16 PSI) at 0.03 LPM (30 cm3/min), ensuring precise pressure control
• Manufactured to precise specifications and are built for durability and reliability
Applications:
A Radiator Cap helps to keep the coolant clean and free of contaminants by preventing air from entering the cooling unit.
