Description:A control valve is a mechanical device that is used to regulate the flow of fluids, liquids, gases, and steam in a system. The basic components of a control valve include a valve body, which contains the flow passage, and a movable element, such as a disk or plug, which regulates the flow. The actuator is attached to the valve body and moves the movable element to open or close the valve. Attributes:• Handle a specified flow rate of the fluid.• Ability to withstand the properties of the fluid being controlled, such as temperature and pressure.• high resistance to corrosiveness.Applications:A control valve is used to regulate the flow of fuel and air into the engine, which affects the engine's performance. They are extensively used in Cat CP-56, CP-563E, CP-56B, CP-573E, CP-64, CP-68B, CP-74, CP-74B, CP44B, CP56B, CP68B, CP74B, CS-433E, CS-44, CS-44B CS-56 - Paving Compactor, D1, D2, D3, D3B, D3C, 3 4P, 53, 5A, PAT, D3C II, D3C III, D3G, D3K2, LGP, D3K2 XL, D4C, D4C II, D4C III, D4G Track-type Tractor, AP-200 - Asphalt Paver and 216, 226, 236, 246, 252, 262, 267, 277 Skid steer loader.
