The Hydraulic Pump Head is a part forming the frontal assembly of a hydraulic pump. It provides structural support and alignment for rotating internal components like the drive shaft, swashplate, and cylinder block. The pump head includes ports for fluid intake and discharge, integrated sealing grooves for O-rings, and mounting surfaces for bearing assemblies and valve plates. This part is engineered to maintain exact clearances for efficient fluid movement and pressure regulation. It ensures oil is distributed accurately within the pump and allows for proper sealing to prevent leakage or pressure loss.Attributes:• Acts as the mounting and support structure for internal pump elements.• Ensures fluid flow alignment between inlet/outlet ports and cylinder block.• Houses a shaft seal to prevent hydraulic fluid leakage.• Accommodates valve plate for port timing and flow control.• Enables precise compression and decompression cycles within pump pistons.Applications: The Hydraulic Pump Head is mounted at the front of a hydraulic piston pump positioned between the drive flange and the cylinder block/swashplate assembly.
