The Metric Scale Decal Film serves as a visual aid to assist operators in accurately monitoring and adjusting the depth of material removal, the thickness of reclaimed material, or other measurements related to the reclamation process. It is essentially a specialized decal or sticker that is applied to the equipment, displaying a scaled measurement in inches. The inch-scale decal film provides a clear visual reference for operators to gauge specific measurements, such as the depth of material being removed or the thickness of reclaimed material being spread.Attributes:• Helps operators easily assess the current depth or thickness of the reclaimed materials• Helps promote precision in the reclamation process.• Easy way for operators to check measurements without relying on external measurement tools• Resistance to fading of stickers and lettering when exposed to extreme temperatures• Resistance to leaving remains of adhesive on paint when removed• Ease of adhesion• A white background with black characters and symbols makes it easily noticeable Applications:This Metric Scale Decal Film is a practical tool that enhances the precision, efficiency, and quality of road reclamation operations. It helps operators maintain the desired measurements throughout the process and contributes to the successful construction of stable and durable road foundations.
