Опора возвратного механизма натяжителя гусеницы Caterpillar 1453037

The Track Adjuster Recoil Support is used to provide stability and support to the track adjuster unit in undercarriage which is responsible for tensioning and adjusting the tracks. The track adjuster support features mounting points that allow it to be securely attached to the chassis or frame of the machinery. These mounting points are strategically positioned to provide optimal support and alignment for the track adjuster units. It consists of components such as a cylinder, piston, and hydraulic or mechanical adjustment system, depending on the specific design.Attributes:• Reduces wear and tear on the tracks• Manufactured with ductile iron exhibits excellent tensile strength, allowing it to withstand heavy loads and resist deformation under extreme conditions• Withstands cyclic loading and repeated shocks, minimizing the risk of fatigue failure.Applications:The Track Adjuster Recoil Support is equipped with mounting provisions to securely attach it to the undercarriage frame to ensure proper track alignment, tension, and absorption of shocks and vibrations to maintain the equipment's optimal efficiency condition.
