Пластина теплозащитного экрана выпускного коллектора турбокомпрессора Caterpillar 253-0972

A Turbocharger Exhaust Manifold Heat Shield Plate is designed to shield and protect surrounding engine components from the intense heat produced by the turbocharger and exhaust manifold. This plate helps maintain lower temperatures in the engine compartment, preventing heat damage to sensitive parts and reducing the risk of fire. By reflecting and dissipating heat, the heat shield plate contributes to the overall efficiency and longevity of the turbocharger and engine.Attributes:• Provide thermal insulation to prevent heat transfer to surrounding components.• Resistant to wear and tear from extreme temperatures and vibrations.• Ensures a tight seal to prevent exhaust gases from escaping and to maintain efficiency.Applications: A Turbocharger Exhaust Manifold Heat Shield Plate is located between the turbocharger and the exhaust manifold, positioned to shield nearby components from excessive heat within the engine compartment.
