A Fuseable Relay protects critical electrical circuits within the engine wiring harness from overcurrent and short-circuit conditions. It combines the features of both a fuse and a relay into a single compact unit. It continuously monitors the current flow within the circuit. If it detects an excessive current surge, often caused by a short circuit or a malfunctioning component, it opens the relay contacts to interrupt the circuit.Attributes:• Providing quick disconnect power during overcurrent events prevents electrical fires and equipment damage, improving overall safety• Withstands extreme pressure and temperature conditions Applications:A Fuseable Relay is a protection device to ensure the safety, efficiency, and reliability of electrical circuits within the engine wiring harness and safeguards critical engine systems, such as fuel injection, ignition, and sensors, ensuring safe and efficient equipment operation.
