Поршень сервопривода гидронасоса Caterpillar 5494327

The Hydraulic Pump Servo Piston is a control element found in variable-displacement axial piston pumps. Its primary role is to modulate the swash plate angle, thereby controlling the stroke length of the pistons and adjusting the pump's displacement based on system demand. Housed in a servo cylinder or actuator chamber within the pump housing, the servo piston responds to pilot pressure signals from the pump control valve or an external control system. As hydraulic pressure is applied to one side of the piston, it shifts linearly, changing the angle of the swash plate. This action increases or decreases the pump's flow output while the input shaft maintains constant speed.Attributes:• Provided with smooth surfaces to allow low-friction movement within its bore.• Works with pilot pressure for control.• Used for linear motion under hydraulic force.Applications: The Hydraulic Pump Servo Piston is located within the control section of a variable displacement hydraulic pump to regulate the swash plate angle in a variable displacement pump by translating pilot pressure into linear movement, thereby controlling fluid output.
