A Pressure Relief Valve is integrated directly into the housing of the boom control valve. The pressure relief valve incorporates a spring mechanism calibrated to a specific pressure setting. When the pressure within the boom control valve exceeds this predetermined limit, the valve opens. This opening allows the excess hydraulic fluid to bypass the normal flow path within the boom control valve and return to the system reservoir. Once the pressure reduces back below the set point, the valve automatically closes again.Attributes:• Incorporated with a seal O-ring to ensure a tight seal of the hydraulic control valve• Has 32 ± 0.5 MPa of Pressure setting at 19 L/minApplications:A Pressure Relief Valve protects the boom control valve and hydraulic system from excessive pressure by opening and diverting excess fluid flow when pressure reaches a predetermined limit.
