The Grease Fitting Relief Valve safely releases excessive grease pressure during lubrication procedures. Installed between the grease gun and its hose, this thumb-operated valve prevents pressure lock situations that can occur when too much grease is applied. When pressure builds up, the valve expels excess grease, reducing pressure and allowing for safe disconnection of the grease gun from the grease Zerk without damaging the lubrication system. Thus, it ensures safe and efficient greasing, while simplifying maintenance operations.Attributes:• Ensures proper lubrication of equipment components.• Prevents contamination of grease fittings by sealing out dirt and debris.• Prevents over-greasing by relieving excess pressure.• For use on any grease gun.• Improves efficiency during greasing and reduces grease Zerk breakage.Applications: The Grease Fitting Relief Valve is installed between the grease gun and the grease hose during maintenance procedures, allowing for safe pressure relief and preventing damage to the grease Zerk on different parts of the equipment.
