Регулятор насоса реагента-восстановителя Caterpillar 3613082

The Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) pump regulator is a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system for diesel engines. Its primary purpose is to ensure the accurate and controlled delivery of DEF, a urea-based solution, from the storage tank to the SCR catalyst, where it chemically reacts with nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the exhaust gases. By regulating the flow rate, pressure, and temperature of DEF, the pump regulator enables precise dosing, optimizing the reduction of NOx emissions. This device integrates with the vehicle's engine control system, monitoring DEF levels, and ensuring compliance with emission regulations.Attributes:• Pressure regulation to ensure proper atomization• Temperature compensation to adapt to temperature variations• Clogging prevention through filters and safeguards• Fault detection and diagnostics capabilityApplications:This Diesel Exhaust Fluid pump regulator is used to control and manage the injection of DEF into the exhaust system of diesel engines equipped with selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology, effectively reducing nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions.
