Регулировочная прокладка пружины головки гидронасоса, толщина 1,9 мм Caterpillar 0996128

The Hydraulic Pump Head Spring Shim is used to regulate and stabilize the axial force applied by the internal springs in the pump head assembly. It serves as a spacer that adjusts spring tension and positioning, ensuring accurate alignment of components within the hydraulic pump. By providing the correct preload to the internal springs, the shim helps maintain consistent pressure distribution and reduces mechanical wear during operation. Attributes:• Provides accurate preload adjustment for pump springs.• Maintains internal alignment in the pump head.• Ensures spring height consistency for proper function.• Reduces vibration and internal mechanical wear.Applications: The Hydraulic Pump Head Spring Shim is used within the pump head section of equipment hydraulic pumps to maintain spring preload and alignment, ensuring consistent pressure regulation and stable fluid movement across operational cycles.
