Сердцевина промежуточного охладителя наддувного воздуха (10 ребер на дюйм) Caterpillar 3231735

An Air Aftercooler Core is used to cool the compressed air before it enters the engine's intake manifold. It consists of a network of tubes and fins, used to maximize the surface area for heat transfer. When hot compressed air flows through the core, heat is transferred from the air to the walls of the tubes. The fins enhance the heat transfer process by increasing the contact area between the air and the tube walls, thus maximizing cooling efficiency. The heat transferred from the air is then dissipated to the ambient air as it passes over the fins.Attributes:• Withstands a wide temperature range, allowing it to handle the varying temperatures of the compressed air and cooling medium• Increased oxygen concentration enhances combustion efficiency and improves engine performanceApplications:An Air Aftercooler Core acts as a heat exchanger, allowing for the transfer of heat from the compressed air to the ambient air, thereby increasing the air density and optimizing combustion in the engine.
