Сопловое кольцо турбокомпрессора Caterpillar 4791467

The Turbocharger Nozzle Ring is a component located in the turbine section. It surrounds the turbine wheel and features a series of vanes or nozzles that direct the flow of exhaust gases onto the turbine blades. These vanes can be adjustable or fixed, depending on the design of the turbocharger. By directing the exhaust gases onto the turbine blades at the proper angle and velocity, maximizes the energy transfer from the exhaust gases to the turbine wheel. This results in improved turbine efficiency and better overall performance of the turbocharger.Attributes:• Manufactured to precise specifications and are built for durability and reliability• Plays a role in surge control, which refers to the prevention of excessive pressure fluctuations within the turbochargerApplications:The Turbocharger Nozzle Ring position vanes directly affect the boost pressure generated by the turbocharger. By adjusting the vanes, the nozzle ring can regulate the pressure ratio between the compressor and the turbine. This allows for precise control over the boost pressure delivered to the engine, optimizing power output and engine performance.
