Теплозащитный экран турбокомпрессора Caterpillar 3975021

A Turbocharger Heat Shield provides a protective barrier between the heat generated by the exhaust and the surrounding components. The shield has multiple layers of insulation materials, which help to absorb and diffuse the heat generated by the exhaust. This ensures that the heat is dissipated effectively, preventing it from causing damage to the equipment and maintaining optimal performance.Attributes:• Helps to prevent damage to the equipment and maintain optimal performance• Provided with maximum thermal conductivity (K) of 0.132 W/(m·K) at a temperature of 810.93 K for efficient thermal insulation with a density of 128 - 160 kg/m³Applications:A Turbocharger Heat Shield maintains optimal operating temperatures within the turbocharged unit and mitigating heat transfer to sensitive components, such as nearby wiring and hoses, ensures the integrity of these elements, thereby reducing the risk of malfunctions and enhancing the overall reliability.
