Теплозащитный экран турбокомпрессора Caterpillar 4855654

A Turbocharger Heat Shield is mounted around the turbocharger, this shield acts as a barrier, mitigating the transfer of excessive heat from the exhaust manifold to surrounding components. The shield effectively captures and dissipates the radiant energy generated during the combustion process, preventing potential thermal damage to nearby engine elements.Attributes:• Provides thermal protection, preventing heat-related damage• Provided with maximum thermal conductivity (K) of 0.132 W/(m·K) at a temperature of 810.93 K for efficient thermal insulationApplications:A Turbocharger Heat Shield maintains optimal operating temperatures within the turbocharged unit. By mitigating heat transfer to sensitive components, such as nearby wiring and hoses, ensures the integrity of these elements, thereby reducing the risk of malfunctions and enhancing the overall reliability.
