See PELJ1301 for additional details. Description:Cat Reman short blocks such as 20R-6928 include a cylinder block, crankshaft, pistons, and connecting rods. Cat Reman short blocks are disassembled, thoroughly flushed to meet rigid cleanliness standards, and inspected for cracks, erosion, or other damage. Block top decks and cylinder head bottom decks are resurfaced to original specifications. Fully assembled and ready to be built into your engine, short blocks are facility remanufactured using genuine Cat parts and include all critical engineering updates.
