The Truarc Ring Applicator is used to install the Waldes Truarc retaining ring on the servo used with governor assemblies. The tool grasps the retaining ring within a recessed area on its underside and holds it firmly under spring tension using an extending arm that passes over the center section. This controlled hold allows the ring to be flattened as the tool is angled toward the shaft, enabling smooth entry into the groove.
