Водило статора, наружный диаметр 195 мм Caterpillar 7G2954

The Stator Carrier is a cylindrical component typically made from steel or aluminum alloy. It houses the stator, a finned element that redirects fluid flow, enhancing torque multiplication. It maintains the stator's position relative to the impeller and turbine, allowing it to alter fluid flow direction and enhance torque transfer efficiency.Attributes: • Robust cylindrical design for structural integrity• Precision construction for optimal stator placement• Facilitates fluid redirection to improve torque multiplication• Enhances overall torque converter efficiency• Balances rotational forces within the torque converterApplications:The Stator Carrier is used in torque converters of heavy machinery like loaders, excavators, and bulldozers, enabling the seamless operation of torque converters by providing support, alignment, and reduced friction.
