Description:The exhaust manifold is a component of an internal combustion engine that collects exhaust gases from each cylinder and directs them into a single exhaust pipe. Cat exhaust manifolds deliver exhaust gases from multiple engine cylinders to the turbocharger. The primary purpose of the exhaust manifold is to evacuate the exhaust gases produced during the combustion process and direct them toward the catalytic converter and the muffler for treatment and reduction of harmful emissions. Attributes:• High-strength and durable cast iron construction.• Corrosion-resistant coating to withstand harsh environments.• Precision-machined surfaces for a perfect fit and seal.• Designed to maximize exhaust gas flow for improved engine performance.Applications:The exhaust Manifold is designed to improve the performance and efficiency of diesel engines used in a variety of applications, including heavy-duty trucks, construction equipment, and power generation systems. This part is extensively used in Cat SR4, SR500, and 3412 Generator, 773D, and 775D Off-highway Truck, 990 992C Wheel - Type loader, 3412 and 3412C Engine - Industrial and 3412 3412C PM3412 Engine - Generator Set.
