A Blind Pop Rivet is installed after a hole is drilled through the materials to be joined. The rivet consists of a hollow body and a central mandrel. The rivet is inserted into the pre-drilled hole with the mandrel on the accessible side. A riveting tool then pulls the mandrel through the rivet body.
